The Old Bakery Tearoom Stow on Wold, 4 Fountain Court, Digbeth Street, Stow on Wold have now been awarded our highly revered Good Food Award – Gold Seal for 2019. Our Gold Seal is the highest accolade bestowed by the Good Food Awards and is reserved to those achieving our award for three consecutive years or more. Premises must maintain the same exceptional standards that gained them initial entry into our awards over a three year period. Truly making this achievement the marque of distinction. These premises have demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value when compared to our industry benchmarks in their category and have now maintained this formidable standard for three or more consecutive years.
In recognition of this achievement they have been duly awarded our highest accolade the 2019 Good Food Award – Gold Seal | Good Food Award Winners in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019.
Our wish is that you will feel welcome in The Old Bakery Tearooms. The tearoom is owned and run by ourselves and we take care to give those little extras, seen and unseen ~ whether it be flexibility or just simply conversation ~ those things which are sadly lacking in many other establishments today.
We aim to provide a menu which offers homemade, freshly prepared fayre, using quality ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. All items on the menu are subject to availability.
Each meal is freshly prepared to order, during busy periods there may be a longer waiting time, but it is well worth it!
