Dorindos in Abingdon, 2026/27 Good Food Award winner – Gold Seal.

Mexican cuisine is a melting pot of different cultures which come together to form a unique blend of flavours and techniques. With the arrival of European, West Africans and Portuguese immigrants centuries ago, their ingredients and customs intertwined over the decades with those of the locals, creating what is known as Mexican cuisine: one of the fastest-growing gastronomic movements today.

Our Good Food Awards recognise the hard-working teams who strive for culinary excellence within their field. Chosen for their food quality, service and value, our highly revered Gold Seal, is bestowed upon those achieving consistently high customer ratings/votes over three years, making our Gold Seal a marque of distinction.
