Set in Thomas Mission Hall on Palace Street, Cosmic Kitchen was founded in 2019 by twin sisters Gabriela and Lucia Evangelou. What began as a one-night-a-week vegan pop-up has grown into one of the UK’s most celebrated plant-based restaurants.

The menu is entirely vegan and packed with bold, nourishing flavours. Popular dishes include the Reuben toastie, loaded mashed potatoes, vegan wraps, and sweet potato wedges. Guests consistently praise the food as “good mood food” — satisfying, wholesome, and beautifully presented. The drinks menu features creative cocktails and mocktails, with the Strawberry Daiquiri and Margarita earning special mention.
