Noodle One in Bangor, 166 High Street, Bangor, Gwynedd, LL57 1NU have now been awarded the prestigious Good Food Award for 2019 & 2020. Over the last twelve months we have evaluated customer feedback and these premises have demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value when compared to our industry benchmarks in their category.
In recognition of this achievement they have been duly awarded the 2020 Good Food Award.
Noodle One first opened its doors in February 2007 then was acquired by The Coconut Kitchen Ltd in January 2010. It has since been bought by a Head Chef and Manager partnership, Mr Iwan Parry and Miss Mary Phillips. Head Chef and joint owner, Iwan Parry, has been in the catering business for 15 years and was the original chef at Noodle One when the restaurant was acquired by The Coconut Kitchen Ltd. He was trained intensively in the art of traditional Japanese and Thai cooking by Coconut Kitchen’s Thai Head Chef, Preechaya Phetprasert.
Noodle One’s aim is to provide high quality, traditional Thai, Japanese and Indonesian dishes with a modern twist using the freshest ingredients and where possible the abundant local seafood – all in the surroundings of a great atmosphere.
