    33 The Scullery

33 The Scullery, 33a Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6LE have now been awarded our highly revered Good Food Award – Gold Seal for 2018.  Our Gold Seal is the highest accolade bestowed by the Good Food Awards and is reserved to those achieving our award for three consecutive years or more.  Premises must maintain the same exceptional standards that gained them initial entry into our awards over a three year period.  Truly making this achievement the marque of distinction.  These premises have demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value when compared to industry benchmarks in their category and have now maintained this formidable standard for four consecutive years.

In recognition of this achievement they have been duly awarded our highest accolade the Good Food Award – Gold Seal for 2018 | Good Food Award Winners in 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.

The Scullery serves some of the best produce available and we believe in supporting suppliers from the local area. We are proud of our ingredients and have scoured Warwickshire and our surrounding counties to find what we think are the best farmers and suppliers who allow us to provide quality and value for money.

Head chef and co-owner Andrew Edwards’ earliest memory and what got him really interested in food was a trip to Birmingham Fish market with his Grandad, at the age of 5. He was absolutely amazed by the rows and rows of market stalls filled to the brim with glistening, fresh fish and seafood. Up until that point he thought that fish only came one way, battered with a portion of chips.

When Andrew got home he watched, fascinated, as his Grandad filleted, skinned and then pan fried plaice with a touch of butter and salt. From that moment he was hooked!

Andrew and business partner Carl Pritchard created 33 The Scullery in late 2014, with a mouth-watering menu of classic game, hearty roasts and fresh seafood, they are on a mission to deliver traditional favourites from the finest fresh, local produce.

Here at the Good Food Award we like to hear your experiences and preferences so please do leave your recommended dishes.
