How do I order my Award Presentation Pack?
First, choose your preferred Presentation Pack, Trophy Pack, Plaque Pack, or go all-in with the Signature Winner's Collection for maximum impact. Then choose ORDER for a one-off purchase this year, or VIP for a VIP Subscription.

What is a VIP Subscription?
Your front-row pass to the Good Food Awards, year after year.
A VIP Subscription makes entering the Awards effortless, with automatic registration. You'll receive your Merchandise each year you qualify, with early winner notifications, early access to your digital winner assets and press release kit, and Merchandise delivered up to two months before non-subscribers. It's the easiest way to be ready to celebrate your success, year after year.
You'll also enjoy fixed VIP discounts of up to £15 every year, plus priority customer service whenever you need us.

I already ordered my pack. Can I still become a VIP Subscriber?
Yes. If you've already ordered an Award Presentation Pack, you can still switch to a VIP Subscription.
There's no payment today. Your VIP Subscription benefits and renewal pricing will begin from the next cycle, including priority access, fixed pricing and automatic re-entry.
Can I use my Good Food Award in my marketing?
Absolutely. Your Good Food Award is a valuable way to showcase your achievement and let more customers know you've been recognised.
Approximately two weeks after ordering your Award Presentation Pack, you'll receive your official digital award graphic, ready to use across your website, email communications, social media and other online marketing.
Your Presentation Pack also includes an Enhanced Digital Image Licence, allowing you to use the award graphic on menus, flyers, packaging, uniforms and other printed materials too. Simply send us a proof of your design and your intended print-run numbers for approval before production.
Your award is there to be seen, shared and celebrated wherever your customers see your brand.
How can I make the most of my Good Food Award?
Your Good Food Award is more than recognition. It's an opportunity to build trust with your customers.
Make the most of your Good Food Award by giving it visibility across multiple touchpoints: display it proudly in your venue, share it on social media, feature it on your website and include it in customer communications.
From the moment guests arrive to the moment they share their experience online, your award becomes part of your venue's story.
Can I order additional items later?
Yes. If you decide you'd like to add a Durable Painted Aluminium Plaque or Trophy after placing your order, just get in touch and we'll create a link for you to order the item.
If you'd like more than one of any item, you can simply order multiple Presentation Packs, Trophy Packs, Plaque Packs or Signature Winner's Collections.
That way, whether you've changed your mind about an item or want to create multiple displays, you can build on your award whenever you need to.
Do I have to order a Presentation Pack?
No. Your Good Food Award is earned, not bought, and every winner receives a standard online listing and digital award graphic on publication day.
Your Presentation Pack is optional. Order one and you can access your presentation pieces and winner assets earlier, giving you the choice to celebrate your achievement as soon as they're ready or prepare everything ahead of publication day.
A VIP Subscription repeats that each year you qualify.

What's the difference between a Blue Ribbon and a Gold Seal?
A Blue Ribbon recognises a standout experience where great food, warm service and genuine value come together. It's a mark of distinction that tells your customers you've been recognised for getting the important things right.
When that excellence is recognised for three consecutive years, something even more prestigious awaits.
The Gold Seal is awarded for your third consecutive Good Food Award. It represents more than another award. It recognises a reputation built through consistent excellence, year after year.
Win once, earn your Blue Ribbon. A third win earns you the Gold Seal.
Which items are customisable?
Your Double-Sided Poster and Certificate are personalised with your venue name and address, creating presentation pieces made specifically for your business.
Each line can accommodate up to 26 characters.
What are the delivery options?
Your Award Presentation Pack is made to order and prepared especially for your venue.
Standard: 10-21 days, including design, print and despatch
Priority: 5-14 days
We don't simply take a name from a database and print it onto a stock certificate. Each presentation piece is carefully prepared with your venue details before going to print.
Once designed and printed, all orders are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Priority orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be delighted with your Award Presentation Pack.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your pack if you're not delighted, for a full refund.
If you're a VIP Subscriber and your subscription has renewed, you can return the Presentation Pack, Trophy Pack, Plaque Pack or Signature Winner's Collection supplied with your renewal within 30 days for a full refund.
If you want to avoid your VIP Subscription renewing, simply cancel before 31 July. To make changes or cancel your VIP Subscription, just email us.
