Continuous Payment Authorities

A continuous payment authority is a type of regular automatic payment that you can set up using your debit or credit card.  The authority is linked to the bank or credit card account that your card is linked to. It’s a popular method of making regular payments and subscriptions.

By granting this authority, you enable us to securely store an encrypted version of your payment details. This allows for effortless one-click ordering—no need to re-enter your information each time.

Choosing this payment method also ensures priority despatch of your order, so your items reach you even faster.

If you’re eligible for future Good Food Awards, we’ll automatically design, print, and despatch your award packs annually. You’ll receive a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal, and you’re free to cancel at any time before or during this notice period if you no longer wish to receive our merchandise.

This method of payment is set up by giving your debit or credit card details to the company you wish to make a regular payment to.  Your payment information is encrypted and securely stored by one of the worlds largest payment providers.

No, some people prefer to receive future Merchandise automatically as it takes the hassle out of re-ordering each year but if this plan is not for you just click on the link in the product description to make a one time purchase.

You can cancel your Merchandise subscription at any time. Send an email to cancel@goodfoodaward.com, from the email address you used to subscribe.

You can also cancel a Continuous Payment Authority with your Card Provider but please let us know if you have done this so we can also securely delete your stored payment information.

Our standard pricing is £99 + P&P per year.  If you are charged a different amount this will clearly be shown on your initial Order Confirmation under Recurring Payments or if your subscription has changed it will be shown on the Award Notice we have sent to you.

We make 1 further attempt on the following working day.  If this is unsuccessful we then cancel your Continuous Payment Authority, securely remove your stored payment details then let you know.  You will then need to sign up as a new customer and complete the full checkout process should you require future Merchandise.

It is important you keep your details up to date.  Any subscription may continue until cancelled, in order you receive our notices you need to let us know if your email address changes. You can do this by contacting us.

Please ensure throughout your subscription you have added our email addresses of awards@goodfoodaward.com , hello@goodfoodaward.com & goodfood@goodfoodaward.com to your Safe Senders List (or equivalent) and ensure you have HTML and MIME enabled with your email service provider.  This ensures you will be able to see and read all the content of any email we may send you.
